- A relationship coach. Specializing in issues with dating, engagement, marriage, parents, first time managers, teams, and work/life balance.

My work is rooted in practical experiences at home and at work.

- At home I'm a loving husband and caring father. I'm married to the Joy of my life and have two beautiful children. I'm also the oldest of 22 kids, you see my father was married 6 times. I've seen relationships done wrong, and I've seen them done right. Believe me, doing them right is a lot more fun!

In 1997 my wife Joy and I created InspirationPoint.com. We are co-authors of "Romantic Antics" (RomanticAntics.com) and have spoken to both religious and secular organizations about keeping marriages and relationships caring, passionate, and loving.

I'm a graduate the PAIRS and REPAIRS courses developed by Dr. Lori Gordon, been trained to teach Divorce Busting and Keeping Love Alive by Michelle Weiner Davis, How Not to Marry a Jerk (or Jerkette) by Dr. John Van Epp, and trained to teach Hot Monogamy by Dr. Pat Love.

- At work I have more than 25 years of experience in the technology arena in a variety of venues. I've worked for big business (Fannie Mae), local government (Fairfax County Public Schools), and medium sized consulting firms. My work military service in the U.S. Navy, consulting, and 15+ years with Fannie Mae, a Fortune 20 financial firm. Along with my technology and management duties I've taught teambuilding and facilitated Diversity training classes. I also participated in the corporate Mentor-Protégé program.

I'm a member of the International Coach Federation, a founding member of the International Association of Coaches and am enrolled in the Coachville coaches training program. My wife and I are members of The Coalition for Marriage, Family and Couples Education and the Association of Marriage and Family Ministries.
