Hi, I'm Jan Schleicher, and as a Performance Improvement Specialist, Business Coach and Speaker, I work with organizations and individuals to take Positive-Results-Oriented Action to achieve their goals and get the results they want. After 20 years of corporate experience and over eight years as a business owner, I understand what makes companies and individuals successful.

I am thrilled to be the host of the Inside Business Success Show. I will use this wonderful opportunity to interview proactive, successful guests to provide tips, strategies and techniques for listeners to apply immediately in their career.
